The hotel rooms are spacious, modern, and most importantly clean, although they had a slight smell of smoke like our friends' smoking room. The service was a bit mixed with one staff member seeming uninterested, but the rest were nice and friendly. The location was convenient to our destinations and in a safe area, although the surroundings were not the most appealing. The dining options were adequate, but they could enhance the freshness and variety of the offerings.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, but a bit small, especially during busy times in the morning. The location was great for attending a concert at Family Arena, but it could have been more discreet with guest presence.
